Privacy Policy for Gusty Heights

What we collect

We do not collect any personal data. The game has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not connect to any server.

What stays on your device

The only information the game stores is your best scores (including today's Daily Challenge best), your sound and haptics settings, and which first-time tips you've already seen. They are saved on your device only, are never sent to us or anyone else, and are deleted when you delete the app.

Sharing your score

If you choose to share your score, the game creates an image and text and hands them to the share sheet of your device. Whatever you share is sent by the app you pick (for example Messages or WhatsApp) under that app's own privacy policy; Gusty Heights does not see or keep it. If you choose “Save Image”, iOS asks for permission to add the image to your Photos; the game only adds that one image and cannot read your photo library.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
